STOP PRESS.....Denbighshire Develoment Team achieved an amazing 5th in the national Laeague Final held at Llandudno on Sat 19th july. FANTASTIC!
This is the first year the League has run, and to achive such a position for a novice team just proves their future great potential.
The team were invited into the final at the last minute when a S.Wales club withdrew. At this notice it was hard to reassemble our team who were already in holiday mood. We competed without any 15yr boys and so forfeited the points for two relays and the canon. If we had competed these events, we would actually have achieved fourth!
All our swimmers, coaches, teachers and all supporters should be really proud of this achievement.
